ESP Conference

The NEA ESP National Conference is the premier professional development opportunity for education support professionals across the nation.

The purpose of the NEA ESP National conference to grow and strengthen the professional excellence of ESP members working in Pre-K to Higher-Ed through Association-convened, educator-led, and student-centered learning experiences. With multiple interactive workshops to choose from over the course of three days, participants enhance their knowledge and skills to advocate for students and educators, champion racial and social justice, build community relationships, strengthen and grow membership, and sustain stronger local associations, helping members excel in their careers and positively impact student success.

The conference hotel rate will be $235 (resort fee included) plus tax per night. The link to access the conference hotel rate will be posted in the coming months. Reservations will be based on first come first served until capacity is reached.

Note: If you are attending the conference as an NEA headquarters-funded attendee, you will not need to reserve your own hotel room. Your room will be reserved under the NEA direct bill rooming block. Any reservation made by an NEA headquarters-funded attendee outside of the direct bill rooming block will be at the expense of the attendee.  

Registration

Conference registration is tentatively scheduled to open in mid-January 2024. Registration fees will be confirmed in the coming months and updated on this webpage.

Local Transit Options

Las Vegas offers various transit options for conference attendees to travel from the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport to Caesars Palace. Caesars Palace does not offer an airport shuttle.

Below are the approximate costs for the most popular options:

Taxi                                            $22-$27 one way

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.)         $10-$15 one way
